Intro to Project 3

In lecture today we talked about interactio nand control.
Control was described as being able to manipulate something at will or knowing exactly what output you'll get depending on what your input is.
I think you can still be controlling something even if you don't know exactly what the output will be, a calculator for example.

We were shown a few examples of previous years works, these were interesting because there was a lot of movement and they had unexpected reactions to mouse events.

In this sketch you have influence over where the lines originate but after that first click they go off and do whatever they want. I really like the way they intersect to create patterns.

I really like this one because the lines and dots build up to make a really beautiful picture. Though you have some influence over where the dots go it is also unpredictable.
