Thankfully!

Thankfully I had saved each of the screens as a symbol and they were still in my library so I could just quickly add one to each frame.

I decided to abandon coding the back button. I like the panic button that leads to a cover screen but I don't think it's worth it because it doesn't have anything to do with the core of my interface.
