Container Process

I started with sheets of polystyrene and black foam board. I made the base out of foam board and built the form up out of polystyrene on top of that.

This is the slot for the bottles.

I then cut out the pieces of foam board for the sides and edges.

The sticker rolls were falling over quite a lot, so I added dividers to keep them apart. The bottles were also quite loose, but they fit much better once I lined the inside of the slot with foamboard and put in dividers. After that I cut the corresponding slots out of the top sheet.

Everything slots nicely into the box now. I printed off numbers for the slots and the back board.

I noticed that the corners where I hot glued the foamboard were quite ragged so I cut strips of black card to cover them.

And it's done!
