I got rolls of stickers for my experiment. I decided to go with just colours rather than colours and shapes. I tested this experiment on a few people and some of them had a hard enough time matching a colour to a taste so it would be quite difficult for them to match a shape to a taste too. I have to remember that what comes naturally to design students may be strange to other people.
I drafted the layout for my experiment, I want to have all of the parts in one setup. So I'll make a container with slots for the bottles and one for the sticker board. I am thinking of using polystyrene plated with blach card for the container, simply because they are cost effective and easy to manipulate.
